MODERN WARFARE 2 OUT NOW! HERE
After the success of COD4: Modern Warfare, the company, Infinity Ward is coming up with another installment of COD, which is Modern Warfare 2 (COD6). COD4 was such a great game in terms of multiplayer that COD4 was the first thing I install on my computer after every reformat. And that is the first game I play during gaming sessions. I guess this game has overtaken Counter-Strike and lets players wield current rifles in the military.
Here's one video on the multiplayer aspect of COD6 which shows that you can customize your rewards after a 'kill' streak. (Kill Streak = Kill opponents without dying yourself for a number of consecutive amount). Anyways enjoy the video!
I used to be a WW2 fan with Battlefield 1942, Medal of Honor and even Call of Duty. But Call of Duty 4 has pratically converted me to modern warfare. Although this, I still like to play WW2 style shooters and any other modern shooters will only get compared to Modern Warfare (COD4 or COD6). From the video, its coming out on 10th November this year. Can't Wait! I'm definitely buying original for this!

Travian - 28th July
I'm sure a lot of net surfers would've noticed that there's a browser game that's posted everywhere and the advertising is found in almost a high majority of the sites on the Internet, which is called 'TRAVIAN'. All I just want to say is this:- Forget it, it's just too over-hyped. It's adverts claims it too be fun and engaging. It claims that it is about action, war and strategy. They should have said:- Join now and give other players some free resources!
Although you're given 14 days of new player immunity, but after that, you can say goodbye to your 'city'. Villages with vast amount of citizens show that they've been playing for long and sometimes, right after your immunity period, they come and attack you with the amount of soldiers that you couldn't have possible made within the timeframe to defeat them, and the thing is they'll also loot you of your resources. Meaning that, not only will the other player crush your army but also take away all your timber, iron, clay and food which equals to total obliteration. Rising back up will be utterly impossible as the other player will have so much enjoyment over the first attack that the second attack or third is imminent. IN SHORT:- Once you're attacked by a larger city: You can literally delete your account.
In summary, my score for this game is: 2/10
Gameplay: 3/10 -
Quite interesting, but slow and not as claimed. Furthermore, the 'balance' is not there. larger cities attack smaller cities multiple times that it's almost impossible to rise again.
Graphics: 6/10 -
Simple but conveys information well, although there's room for improvement.
My advice: Stay away from this game. The 14 days of immunity maybe quite addictive but it's not heaven after the immunity period.

On9Ads.com - 27th July
Recently I haven't been reporting much about my website. No, its not up and neither is it down. But the progress is still at the development stage where all functions are being coded, layout finalized and the whole layout being tweaked. The look is there already, but certain pages / content are still unavailable and under construction, while most functions have been completed besides the admin pages. Anyhow, the targeted dates of opening would have to be delayed until further notice.
After some searching on the net, it reveals that there are in fact many sites that share similar content to mine at the moment. But, after some consideration and scrutinization of the content, the fact is that most of the systems are too niche on one aspect and therefore, lack the fighting power over the rest. Meaning that most of them are too focused on doing one thing and by neglecting the other thing reduces the dynamicability of their page content. Although there was one site which I particularly like and may follow suite if I am able to modify its function on my own effort.
But seriously speaking, all I want my my site to do is to be able to generate back my own capital together with some profit, maybe a small sum of RM500-RM1000 will be one of my man targets at the near future. Any additional will be an extra and most will go to the profit of the site users.
I'm also beginning to despise Google AdSense already as after so long, I only get like USD$1.04 after so long of using it. The clicks themselves only generate mere pennies and for it to be a source of income is impractical at this moment. Therefore, I've removed the Google Ads on my sidebar and replaced it with my own advertising. Hope to hear some comments on this.

SIGNS - 24th July
Watch this:- It's really nice and heart-warming
At first, it seems like a boring movie about a guy going about his daily life when suddenly a big change came over his life. I can actually relate to the guy's first part of his life but I'm still waiting for the second part. T_T

Online Make Money Scams - 24th July
Recently, I've received an email from "I've Tried That" website which supposedly is a website where the admins test out all the various money making schemes out there in the market and giving them labels: whether they're scams or not. And this time around they're focusing on "Twitter Cash Kit" and also "Google Cash kit". While reading this email, I felt somewhat depressed with the tactics the 'stooges' use out there to deceive the net-izens over and over again without the feeling of remorse or shame that someone else has exposed it as a fraud...
It is clear that these scrupulous 'so called gurus' are here to make money easy and quick by manipulating the hopes of people online looking to get out of their miserable life in this economic depression. One thing for sure, you can never make money online quick and easy, no matter what is being claimed to be. Making money online takes time and effort. Time here may refer to weeks, months or sometimes, maybe years depending on your luck and entrepreneurship. There is no such thing as a quick and effortless money making scheme online. If its easy, why would anyone pay you so much money to do it? Might as well, they ask their relatives / brothers / sister to help them out in their free time and share the profits with them instead of you. The reason they're asking you is that, you're willing to fork an additional lump of 'grocery cash' that will never see its return again ever. AND that's a fact.
And the stories / testimonials they use, are so repetitive that you might as well write a summary of what you're going to see before you even click one of these sites. Promises of fast cars, big houses, and beautiful ladies are cheezy 'baits' to lure you into parting with your money, making you believe that its true that he / she started poor and after following the methods in the system, made him / her rich. If anyone can do it, why are there still poverty and homeless people? Think about it.

Memoir of SRK Sri Petaling - 23rd July
i was at UM today and went to this office as I have some business there. I had to hand-in a form at the office today. After making some inquiries on the form procedures, the clerk-lady at in the office suddenly asked me whether did I study in SRK Sri Petaling? Yes, of course I did. And she said she remembered me and we were in the same class. And I gave a suprised look. I really really can't remember her.
After that, I kept thinking to myself, who is she? I wonder how many people from my past that I've kept in the vaults and totally forgot about their presence? I wonder how many people have done that to me? Sometimes, people come and people go without leaving traces / mark in your lifes but yet they remember you and you can't remember them. And that, is one very awkward situation. I wonder if anyone can clarify this for me and maybe show me some pictures at least? For the least effort I can put out is that I want to remember, but I can't......

Php Code in Dynamic < img > tag - 22nd July
For all Web Designers, I'm sure there are times when there is a need to code in Php into < img > tags such as when the image source is dynamic or the image size is dynamic. Therefore, this is how you do it: simply by using the < ?= x ? > tag!
Example:- You want an image to achieve a particular length / width. Therefore, the basic procedure would be to write the equation / code as php first, defining the relevant parameters. In this case, say the parameter is $img_height. Then the code for the image tag would be < img src="http://....x...." width="< ?= $img_height = >" > and that's it, you've got yourselves php code in the img tag! Of course, in this case the best way would be to either floor() or ciel() the value as the width cannot be in fractions. Screens cannot display a fraction of a pixel mind you.

The Blues - 21st July
I'm not really too sure why and I can't really explain what I'm feeling today. It's just sort of a blues feeling that I'm having today. Kind of a bit way off course not like the usual me. Seeing other people achieving so much while I'm still here achieving nothing with the path laid before me makes me wonder whether is this the life that I'm supposed to trudge day after day until I'm covered with six feet of dirt?
Receiving emails of successful people makes me wonder if I can reach those points in my lifetime? Seeing pictures of relatives in foreign countries makes me wonder whether can I reach those places in my lifetime. Seeing people having each other's soul mate makes me wonder whether will I be able to feel it in my lifetime? Seeing other people so happy makes me wonder if my presence is felt in anyone's life? I wonder what is my purpose in this life. It feels just so empty....
Perhaps today I'm so depressed.
Perhaps that life never said that it will be fair.

The Spinning Dancing Girl - 17th July
The "Spinning Dancing Girl" image was supposed to gauge whether a person uses his left or right side of the brain more than the other. Here's the picture below. What can you see? Can you see it Clock-wise? or Anti-clockwise or both directions?
If I'm not mistaken. Seeing it go one clockwise means you're left-brained and the opposite for anti-clockwise. Seeing it in moving in both directions show you use both your left and right. But, there is in fact a trick to look at it in both. Either:-
1> See it in one direction. Stop and close your eyes and imagine it going in the direction. Open your eyes and it will turn the other way.
2> As the leg reaches horizontal position (flat, face is 90 deg. away from you). Blink. It will turn.
Test it out. It is one of my favorite optical illusions.

Autoscroll to A Point at Page Function - 16th July
Sometimes, in your site, you might want to shift the focus of the user towards a part in your site. Example application would be:- "To Top" button, "To End of Page", or a FAQ sort of page. So, instead of having the user scroll down all the way, a simple function can help in shifting the attention to the appropriate location.
First: Go to the point where you would like the attention to shift to. Highlight the particular word or title. The point is to add a tag: < a name="x" > y < /a >, where 'x' is the name for the "bookmark". Next create a hyperlink for another word that has the tag: < a href="#x" > z < /a >. What can be changed are the x, y and z.
Example here:-
Code for the word "Go Here" below:- < a href="#quad">Go Here< /a>
Link:- Go Here
And, code for the "Quad Ad Test" tile would be:- < a name="quad">Quad Ad Test< /a>
It would lead you to the Quad Ads I created a while back.

Science and Maths In English or BM ? - 13th July
Recently, my friend posted a blog on which is more important: BM or English for Maths and Science and I gave a long winded explanation in which according to him should be put as my own blog post. And here is the combination of the comments with edited parts to suit as a blog post:-
***
Students from the Maths and Science in BM era can understand the terms used for learning in BM and graduate perfectly later in Uni life..no doubt. Yes, we must be able to speak in BM and also English. It is perhaps the wrong move by the ruling party to abruptly start this program without proper consultation with the ‘rakyat’. And therefore, when this program becomes a failure, it would be the main issue to be raised when other parties start questioning again on Science and Maths in English again in the future. (Sounds like the ruling party did a fine job of making ‘mice following the sounds of the flute’)
Anyways, by effectively and without considering the opinion of the rakyat on how it should be implemented, and the program receives a go ahead, no more arguments in the future. A really good move on the chess board from the main ruling.
Pedalaman people? Pekan? Do you seriously think that none of them will be able to score if it’s in English? It does not mean that just because they speak BM, they can already do well in exams of Science and Math when it's thought in BM. That’s plain on-the-spot thinking which wasn’t thoroughly given thought into. In fact, by teaching Maths and Science in English, it’s preparing them to face the actual world and helping them to improve their lifestyle. English knowledge = Internet, Worldwide knowledge etc. So, is it still considered to be a bane or boon? Consider this: Teachers can't speak very well English? Another silly excuse for not implementing it. Might as well you call it laziness and no effort to attempt to learn new things?
The main point is, it shouldn’t be abolished but in fact it should be slowly implemented. Maths and Science in English will not hinder the fact that we’re Malaysians or neither that our national language is BM. It just points out that our country is progressing.
There is in fact a prejudice against people living in KL or any big city, again I would like to point out to you that even in big cities, that does not mean that everyone has a fair chance of accessing all the ‘KEMUDAHAN’ that you assumed all of us get. Don’t be telling me just because I’m living in the big city that it must mean that all of us are exposed to technology and facilities? Hardcore poor people still exists in the big city and even with ‘ALL’ the ‘FACILITIES’ you mentioned does not mean that they can gain access to them.
By living in the city, many implied that we do not know the hardships of people living in PEDALAMAN area. Let me ask you back the same question: Do you know any better? Really? For once, did you ever give thought to the fact that people living in the PEDALAMAN area has a higher chance of moving back to where they came from after moving to the big city for a so-called better life after seeing all the tension / rush / usage of money in the big city? It is perhaps of the habits of humankind where they will always want more of what they cannot have. Hardship and facilities is such an subjective word. If there’s a want, there’s a way.
I did not also mention that that BI should be implemented immediately but it should more gradually rather than the immediate action by the current program schedule. BUT it shouldn’t be ABOLISHED. It is now a fact that the program will no longer be debated in the Parliament as it was ABOLISHED. ABOLISHED = scraped and forgotten. In other words, English = Locked. Forever the country will lack the acknowledgment that English is still the current mainstream language for current worldwide knowledge. Even China is embracing itself to the current flow of the world and start to open itself to English.
I do not understand why a number of people are defending the point that everyone in Malaysia should be able to speak in BM? No one’s arguing that at all? For that matter, why the discrimination on people who can’t speak BM? Taking your point, as you mention, people who live in the PEDALAMAN also includes Chinese and Indians. Again, from your point of view, where are the facilities? So, where are the facilities for these poeple sometimes on speaking BM? All they know, they should pass the BM exam in SPM, PMR and UPSR for all that matter. The Younger generation no matter what is still able to speak BM. As a multi-racial country, it would be fair for the major citizens to also be able to speak other languages, hence be able to destroy the racial divide. BM as a national language is not a problem, but as we are the minorities, there CAN BE NO objections no matter what the circumstances are or the ’securities’ are on your heels. Who determines who is the Main major citizens in a country? Us. Who decides the laws? Us. It is the drive to have complete power over the minorities that drive us to have the urge to place all in our favor. Speaking of which, after 13th May, the minorities practically have no say over nothing. Even the lost forgotten ‘agreement’ between the races that the PM should change race after every 5 years is totally wiped out and washed resulting in ultra-nationalists.
The socio-culture should be the concrete reason why we shouldn’t be just using BM. The delicate fine-line that dictates whether a citizen is Chinese, Indian or Malay should be the main point. All races should be treated with equal fair share of the system not where one side is given extra favor. The minorities when questioning on the extras gets an answer like: ‘You’re foreigners, go back to your country’ or ‘We can fend ourselves’. While when the non-minorities question our share of the system, there isn’t much reaction and considered normal reaction? Now, languages is a part of culture. It is to us to embrace it not forced onto another. That’s more like an iron-grip ruling.
I’m tired of thinking how the minorities are side-lined while a lot of parties are in fact ignoring the fact that humans have the right to practice what they want to. Too much of either side isn’t a good thing either. Too much of either side isn’t good for the socio-culture of the country either…

I really would like to hear the opinions from people out there on this issue.

Powerball Online International Scam - 11th July
Haha...I really like it when I see through the scams I receive, it not only makes me laugh but also it tells me that there are so many fools out there who think that they can just cheat me. Well, here's one:-
Powerball Online International - SCAM!
I didn't even join and they already know my email? That's psychic.
Here's and excrept from Consumer Fraud Reporting Organization:-
===================================================================================
Sound great? It's a fraud.
Scam operators — often based in the Netherlands, Canada and Nigeria— are using the telephone and direct mail to entice U.S. (and other global) consumers to buy chances in high-stakes foreign lotteries from as far away as Australia and Europe.
There are several different types of lottery scams:
1. A lottery notifies you (email, mail or phone) that you won*, or
2. You go to a lottery website, or by phone or mail to "play" / buy a ticket, or
3. You buy a "program" of "secrets" on how to win lotteries.
4. Green card (immigration VISA) lottery
5. Sweepstakes scams (Sweepstakes are not actually a lottery, but are often confused with them)
This page discusses the first type, the fake lottery winning notification. Click on the links above for the other types.
* Remember, no legitimate lottery will EVER notify you that you won. They don't work that way!
What is a Lottery?
Unlike a sweepstakes, a lottery is a promotional device by which items of value (prizes) are
awarded to members of the public by chance, but which requires some form of payment to
participate. In other words, if you did not buy a ticket, YOU COULD NOT HAVE WON a lottery - no matter what anyone tells you!
Lotteries in the United States, Canada, Australia and Great Britain, and most developed countries, are illegal, except when conducted by states and certain exempt licensed charitable organizations. How does a lottery scam work?
Victims typically are notified they have won a lottery, yet have to pay transfer fees, taxes or provide proof of their identity and/or details of their bank accounts or credit cards in order to receive the "winnings". The names of these organizations change all the time (they just make up a new name when one is exposed as a fraud), although many of the notifications use similar wording.
Click here for a step-by-step description of how the scammers work their scams.
And if you want to see examples of the scam emails, click on the links in this page.
Here are some replies from scammers after victims replied to the lottery scam emails.
A lottery is a promotional device by which items of value are awarded to members of the public by chance, but which requires some form of payment to participate. In the United States and most developed countries, lotteries are illegal except when conducted by governments (states in the US) and certain exempt charitable organizations.
Here are key points for avoiding scam lotteries:
1.
You cannot win a legitimate lottery if you have not entered it.
2.
In almost all cases you must purchase a ticket to enter a legitimate lottery.
3.
You never have to pay to collect winnings from a legitimate lottery. You pay taxes AFTER you you receive the winnings. There are no other fees.
4.
If you hold a winning lottery ticket, you notify the lottery (they do not notify you; not by email, not by phone, not by mail).
5.
It is illegal under U.S. federal law to play ANY foreign lottery from the United States. Many other countries have similar laws. for example, you must be a Spanish resident to play the El Gordo lottery.
6.
Since scammers simply invent new names for their fake lottery scams, it is more accurate to say that if you do not see the lottery on the list of legitimate lotteries, it is probably a scam.
7. If it isn't conducted by a government or government-authorized charitable organization, it can't be a legitimate lottery
If you believe you have received a solicitation in the guise of a sweepstakes which is an illegal lottery, you should contact your local post office or state Attorney General's consumer protection office.
But how did they get my name, if not through a lottery I entered?
Names and addresses of potential victims are harvested by spyware, viruses and other tools and obtained through various trade journals, business directories, magazine and newspaper advertisements, chambers of commerce, and anywhere your name appears on the internet (such as in chat rooms, forums, etc.). They could simply use a phonebook for your country, either online or the paper variety.
But it COULD be a legal lottery, right?
Legitimate lotteries do NOT use email to notify their winners. In almost ALL cases, it is up to the holder of the ticket to contact the lottery. And even if these were legitimate, these lottery solicitations violate U.S. law, which prohibits the cross-border sale or purchase of lottery tickets by phone or mail. And in the United States, if it isn't run by a state government or authorized charitable organization, it can't be a legitimate lottery!
Online lotteries are illegal in many other countries, too: All lotteries, including foreign lotteries operating in Great Britain, are unlawful in the UK (except those provided for by the 1976 Lotteries and Amusements Act; meaning government run lotteries). See this page for information about the UK lotteries. Note: in the UK, call the hotline at 020 7211 8111 to check or report lottery scams. Some of these lottery schemes say that the Gaming Board for Great Britain has approved them, but this is not true. The Gaming Board has a list of these companies and lotteries on its website, and warns people not to take part in them. See this page for information about the legitimate Irish Lottery, which operates in a similar manner, and has also been the victim of email scams.

What are lottery and prize scams?
These are notifications that advise people that they have won a prize (often for a competition they didn't even enter).
The notification could arrive through the mail, by email or from an unsolicited telephone call.
How to spot a prize or lottery scam
1. Check the name of the lottery or sweepstakes against our list of scammer names - click on the blue box links at left, with the letter that corresponds to the first letter in the name of the lottery. Some of the names are links to samples of the actual scams to compare against what you received. But remember, they just make up the names, so once they see their name on our list, they will just invent a new name to use.
2. Keep the following warning signs in mind:
If the prize or lottery notification has any of the following elements, we strongly suggest you do not respond to it:
* The information advises that you have won a prize - but you did not enter any competition run by the prize promoters.
* The mail may be personally addressed to you but it has been posted using bulk mail - thousands of others around the world may have received the exact same notification.
* You are often asked for money up front to release your 'win'.
The prize promoters ask for a fee (for administration or "processing") to be paid in advance.
* You are asked for your bank account, credit card details or other confidential information
* The caller is more excited than you or the stranger who phones wants to be your best friend
* You are told you must reply straight away or the money will be given to someone else.
* Other schemes pretend to be legitimate lotteries, or offer you the opportunity to buy shares in a fund that purports to purchase tickets in legitimate overseas lotteries.
* The scheme offers bait prizes that, if they are real, are often substandard, over-priced, or falsely represented. Or, as part of the prize you can purchase "exclusive items" which may also be over-priced or substandard.
* To get your prize might require travel overseas at your own cost to receive it.

I didn't even join and they already know my email? That's psychic.
Here's and excrept from Consumer Fraud Reporting Organization:-
===================================================================================

If you believe you have received a solicitation in the guise of a sweepstakes which is an illegal lottery, you should contact your local Post Office™ or state Attorney General’s consumer protection office

MySQL QuB - 9th July
To anyone reading this that uses MySQL and Php, you should at this moment go and get a Visual Query Builder right now! I'm starting to believe that the QuB really does simplify your life a lot on MySQl queries. Just look at this query I built with QuB:-
"
SELECT multiply_test.multiply_date, users_info.*, multiply_test.multiply_id, multiply_test.multiply_1, multiply_test.multiply_2, multiply_test.multi_result, max(bids.bids_item_price) AS max_bids_item_price_1
FROM ((multiply_test
INNER JOIN bids ON bids.bids_item_id=multiply_test.multiply_1)
INNER JOIN users_info ON users_info.id=multiply_test.multiply_1)
GROUP BY multiply_test.multiply_date, multiply_test.multiply_id, multiply_test.multiply_1, multiply_test.multiply_2, multiply_test.multi_result, users_info.id, users_info.upl_name, users_info.upl_file, users_info.loc, users_info.users_total_ads, users_info.users_total_earn, users_info.users_total_paid, users_info.users_total_unpaid
ORDER BY multiply_test.multiply_date DESC, max_bids_item_price_1 DESC
"
Seriously hard work there to figure out if you're using hand coding....

Search Engine Function for Websites - 7th July
Today is the birthday for my friend: James! Happy Birthday and don't merepek too much. I'm sure while he's reading this post, he will sure be saying something like 'celaka'...haha...I was the 7th person, so, that makes it: 7th July (7) person number seven...haha..all sevens...
Anyways, I've found out how to make your own search engine for websites. Application includes: keyword search, article search, people search, and item search. It is based on MySQL and also Php, so anyone doing both can follow this method. As for the others, I would like to express my sorrow as I can't help you. So, on to the method.
We have two pages:- search_form.php and search_result.php
search_form.php is where people key-in the search term and press 'SEARCH' while search_result.php is where the results of the search is located. The key point of the method is using the form to 'GET' the data as URL Parameters and sending it over to the Recordset in search_result.php to display results.
Procedures:-
1> Start by creating a database for the table that you want to be searched from.
In other words, it can be any table, as long as there is one column for the Incremental ID and the search term.
2> Then in search_form.php, create a form to get the data from the user. Dropdown lists are also good idea for extra search. This can be done in Dreamweaver through the use of Insert -> Form, then the text-fields etc, but make sure to set the method to GET and action to search_result.php
3> In search_result.php, create a recordset and use the QuB. In the table that shows the table structure, make sure to select the column that you want the search function to check only. Under 'condition' (below), click the right-hand '...' box. In the ensuing window, set condition to "contains", run-time value as "0" and default value as the text-field 'id' created at search_form.php earlier.
4> Go to "Query" menu at top left corner and "save" then "close". Click 'Advanced to see the query something like below:-
SELECT multiply_test.multiply_id (row 1)
FROM multiply_test
WHERE multiply_test.multiply_id LIKE %KTColParam1% (row 3)
change row(1) to " SELECT * " to properly reflect all fields.
and change the %ColParam1% properties of run-time value to $_GET['x'] ,where x is search_term id as mentioned earlier.
5> Walah..the search function is done! You can use multiple search terms by manipulating the MySQL query by adding 'AND' and 'OR' with other columns at row 3.
Hope people reading it can understand it and if not, again, email me!

Ghostbusters: The Video Game - 6th July
Yesterday, I've finished "Ghostbusters: The Video Game". Overall the game was indeed interesting with the story of a dead person wanting to take over the world with ghastly creatures, but eventually, the Ghostbusters destroyed his plans and killed his 'Destructor Form'. The gameplay experience makes the player feel that he's a part of the 'Ghostbuster' team and the game is rather close to the actual Ghostbusters cartoon in the 80's. Although, the characters in 3d do not look much alike the cartoon. I think what they're trying to do is that they want to make the characters real and not cartoonish kind of way. Upgrades of the equipment is not necessary in the game but may make your gameplay easier to handle.
The duration is one of my gripes: it's too short, I would guess about 15 hours. And the flow is a little 'rushed'. Oh, and my 8600GT 1gB DDR2 VRAM was struggling to keep it smooth (on some parts its smooth) even at all low / off settings. Well, my ratings for the game would be:-
Gameplay:- 8 / 10
Story:- 7 / 10
Graphics:- 6 / 10
Overall:- 7 / 10

MySQL Values From Two Tables - 2nd July
Recently I faced a problem with getting values from two(2) MySQL data at the same time. Using the common method of getting data will not work in Dreamweaver as the common method is only able to compare between:-
1 - URL Parameters w/ $_GET['x']
2 - Form variable w/ $_POST['x']
3 - Cookies w/ $_COOKIE['x']
4 - Session variable w/ $_SESSION['x']
5 - Server variable w/ $_SERVER['x']
6 - Entered value
Let me provide an example:-
You have table A to record user 'input items id' and you have another which displays the item full details such as name and price etc. And you have a webpage to display the items that the user has in the records. So, by calling the item id that the user has, the information of the particular item can be displayed without having to put all of the information into the 'input items id' form.
As you can see, none of the methods fits the purpose.
To do exactly what you wanted would require this MySQL query:-
(and they must be linked in the same recordset of it won't work)
SELECT item_info.*, user_saved.*
FROM (item_info LEFT JOIN user_saved ON user_saved.id_1=item_info.id)
WHERE user_id = colname
and the configurations for 'colname' would have to be:-
(After pressing "+" sign near 'variables' to add new variable)
Name:- colname
Type:- Integer
Default Value:- -1
Runtime Values:- $_GET['user_id']
And that's it! Run your page, click on the link with defined id and you've linked and obtained data from two totally different tables. Oh, and for all I know, this works with the entire recordset, meaning you can use the recordset 'bindings' as you wish. Email me if you're unsure of what is written above.

World of Goo - 1st July
Recently I've played a really nice game called "World Of Goo". In fact, I recommend this game to all budding civil engineers. Its based on numerous amounts of goo or sort of a rubber like organism and you have to connect them to form a structure so that they can reach their objectives. It's more of a puzzle game actually and its based on actual physics, so when your structure has a weak base, the whole tower would sway and topple in the end! Here are some screen-shots:-
The music's really nice! I'm gonna go find the soundtrack!
